Trillium Montessori At Cumming

My name is Parvin Shokohi Nia; I was born and raised in Iran. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Alzahra University in Iran.I have always found myself fascinated in pre-school education and its significance. From the start of my professional career, I strived to learn new methods and ways to better my teaching technique. I have worked with children, ages 3-6 years old, for more than 25 years in variety of roles and positions. I have been a Primary Teacher, a Director, and a private counselor for families.

Still to this day, I am always searching for new strategies and methods to meet the needs of today’s children. When I moved to the US, I fulfilled my desire to obtain my Montessori Certification. I have been working as a Primary Lead Teacher for the last ten years and through these years I have completed various child care education certificates which are approved by Bright From Start from the State of Georgia. I am married, have a daughter, a son, and two cats. I love painting in acrylic, hiking trails, and getting food with the family.
