Trillium Montessori At Cumming

This is the first year for our Trillium Montessori At Cumming. We offer programs for students from 12 months to 6 years of age. As an authentic Montessori school, our curriculum and programs are designed to build a strong foundation in academics, as well as social, emotional, physical, and moral development. This approach encourages a child’s independence, self-motivation, and decision-making skills.

Teachers are certified by the American Montessori Society. Each classroom is prepared and directed by an experienced Montessori certified teacher and a Montessori trained assistant teacher. A full range of materials follows the Montessori curriculum as prescribed by the Montessori Accreditation Council for Teacher Education(M.A.C.T.E) training centers. Our Montessori and state-certified teachers receive continuing education and participate in ongoing training throughout the year. Supplemental teachers specialize in dance, music, foreign languages, and art. We maintain teacher-to-student ratios as required by the State of Georgia.
 
We have 4 spacious Primary classrooms, 1 Toddler classroom, and a multi-purpose room for our children to explore their science experiments and other extracurricular activities in the after-care program. The classrooms are fully equipped with age-appropriate Montessori materials designed to stimulate the child’s natural curiosity to explore the world around them. Our outdoor area is spacious with an engaging playground.
