I'm Ms. Rakhee Mundye, a devoted wife, mother, and early childhood educator. With over 21 years of experience in early childhood education, I am deeply passionate about nurturing young minds and cultivating a lifelong love of learning. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and am an AMS-certified Montessori directress. In 2015, my dedication to holistic education led me to further my studies in the International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme at Oakland University in Michigan.
My dual expertise in both Montessori and IB philosophies allows me to create a rich, balanced, and child-centered classroom experience. Both approaches emphasize the development of the whole child, and I strive to bring this synergy to life through meaningful, responsive teaching.

In 2022, I completed Conscious Discipline Certification and am currently pursuing Teaching Parenting Certification through Positive Discipline. These programs have further deepened my commitment to supporting children not only academically, but also socially and emotionally. They also reflect my mission to mentor fellow educators and collaborate closely with families to nurture each child’s unique development.

Outside the classroom, I’m a proud wife to a supportive husband and mother to a wonderful teenage daughter. Together, we co-run a nonprofit organization in Lilburn, GA, focused on community growth and service. In my free time, I enjoy gardening and spending quality time with family and friends.
