Ms. Rachna Vaishya is a certified Montessori lead teacher with a deep passion for nurturing young minds. She holds a Master’s degree and an Early Childhood Education credential from the Montessori Teacher Education Institute of Atlanta (AMS). With over six years of experience in early childhood education, Ms. Rachna brings both expertise and heart to the classroom.

At Trillium Montessori School, she creates a warm, inclusive, and stimulating environment where curiosity and a love of learning thrive. Her background as a substitute teacher in Forsyth County has further enriched her ability to connect with diverse learners and adapt to a variety of classroom settings.

Ms. Rachna is committed to honoring each child's unique developmental journey. She finds joy in watching her students grow in confidence and skills, and is dedicated to fostering a caring and welcoming space where every child feels seen, supported, and inspired.
